Film types fills or splash fills are used to handle large quantities of water but also the overall tower efficiency. However in the case of heavily contaminated water, film type fills are susceptible to accumulating deposits and often make way for the use of splash type fills for effective water cooling.

• Cool deck bio media have folded edges at the top and bottom that provide critical leading to resistance to mechanical damage and erosion. They are continuous formed and have uniform thickness.

• The bio media have a high surface area and the aeration is done by means of natural draft. Cool deck bio media have a long retention time and are minimum blocking. The raw material used is the self extinguishing pvc.
